Highway to Hell

Tonight, as I was stopped at a red light, eager to get home safely through the winter storm, a radio commercial came on reminding listeners of winter safety driving tips. For thirty seconds, I half listened to what it was saying knowing very well how I should drive during icy conditions, but I realized only at the very end of the commercial that I should have really listened to it. The commercial was brought to us by a funeral home and as the light turned green and I had to accelerate, the sudden realization that I was in a death trap couldn't have hit me harder.
